Whoa! BOOM! gives some love to Impossibear in June, to which he’d naturally reply, “Aw, nursery school!” comicsalliance: BOOM!’S ‘BRAVEST WARRIORS 2014 IMPOSSIBEAR SPECIAL’ HAS MORE COOL CREATORS THAN YOU CAN SHAKE A GAS-POWERED STICK AT By Caleb Goellner When it comes to Bravest Warriors, nobody steals the show like the contagiously obnoxious Impossibear. Sure, Catbug is the show’s king of cuteness (and already got the spotlight back in January with the Bravest Warriors 2014 Annual #1), but only Wallow’s multicolored pet/compatriot/roommate is capable of the kind of brazen self-interest and sloth that lets you know he thinks the entire show should be about him. Boom! knows this, which is why the publisher will be releasing the Bravest Warriors 2014 Impossibear Special in June, which features the work of storytellers Kevin Panetta, Nikki Mannino, Jeremy Sorese, Kevin Church, Kat Leyh, Paulina Ganucheau and Jess Fink, plus covers by Ian McGinty and Andy Hirsch. tysonhesse: Kind of sad to announce that issue 18 will be my last Bravest Warriors cover.  For a while at least.  I’ve got so much going on, including some other fun stuff with another Kaboom series that I just can’t keep it on my plate.  But it’s been a lot of fun and I’m happy to send it off with this cover.  From either my run on the comics or my short stint story boarding for the show I’ve grown very fond of the cast and I can’t wait to see what’s next for the Bravest crew.
